Ivo has worked closely with a network of private and public clients, companies, management teams, and strategic investors to cultivate relationships, evaluate synergistic opportunities and participate in finance, development and ownership projects. Ivo developed his real estate consulting, valuation, and litigation expert witness practice for over 40 years in the mid-Atlantic region. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in business with Highest Distinction from the University of Virginia, and served on the University of Virginia’s Advisory Board to the School of Continuing and Professional Studies. He was the founding Chairman of the Free Enterprise Forum, and Business Person of the Year award recipient of the Chamber of Commerce. He is also a Realtor Emeritus, and a professional CCIM designee. Ivo works out of Charlottesville, Virginia.
